The Mortar Seal is a light weight, low-density product which expands, ensuring a tight seal against the passage of fire, toxic gases and smoke. The Mortar Seal is non toxic and contains no asbestos, phenol or halogenated softners. Fire Retardant Mortar Seal has good adhesion to steel, concrete and masonry.
