PP Base Nucleating Masterbatch possesses 10 % of active ingredient and can effectively augment the clarity of PP products. The Nucleating Masterbatch is heavily used in injection moulded items, extruded films, blow moulded containers and PP based products, such as medical disposables, films, containers, buckets and bottles. The Nucleating Masterbatch is available with good optical property and reduces the internal haze. PP Base Nucleating Masterbatch has a letdown ratio of 1 to 3%, and acts by creating spherulities of small size that can increase the clarity by transmitting more light.
