Motor Driven Ribbon Blender consists of U shaped trough of suitable dimensions with side plates. The Ribbon Blender is driven by using a motor that runs on 2 HP to 20 HP. The Ribbon Blender has ribbon arms that are welded to the main shaft and ribbon blades of dual pitch interrupted type PTFE gland mechanism provided a shaft ends which prevents ingress of external powder into the trough and prevents leakage. The Ribbon Blender has all contact parts made of stainless steel 304. The Ribbon Blender is mounted on suitable ISME section stand with protective covers for belts and couplings. Motor Driven Ribbon Blender can be availed in different capacity ranges to suit specific requirement.
