Ofloxacin and Ornidazole Tablets are used for the treatment of diarrhoea and dysentery of amoebic, bacterial or mixed origins. These Tablets contains Ofloxacin 200 mg that is a synthetic broadspectrum antibacterial agent belonging to the fluoroquinolone group. These Tablets are also formulated using Ornidazole IP 500 mg that is a nitroimidazole and offers antimicrobial action against microaerophilic protozoa Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica and Trichomonas vaginalis. Ofloxacin and Ornidazole Tablets come under the brand name of O PLUS O.
