Train Activated Warning Device is a microprocessor based warning system at railway level crossings that gives an audio visual warning to road users, to reduce the risk of accidents significantly. The Warning Device can be used at both manned and unmanned railway level crossings in both electrified and non-electrified sections. The Warning Device uses a high frequency track circuit to sense the train and trigger of the audio visual alarm. Train Activated Warning Device can be remotely monitored at the nearest railway station.
