0.8 to 3.2mm Thick Circuit Boards are provided with minimum drilled hole of 0.35mm and punched hole of 0.9mm. These Circuit Boards are designed with a line width and spacing of 6/ 6 mils. These Thick Circuit Boards are offered in a thickness of 0.8 to 3.2mm with copper finishing of 2 Oz. 0.8 to 3.2mm Thick Circuit Boards can be availed with a finish of UVSM / PISM with lead and lead free hot air levelling.
