The Machine is capable of bunching copper/ steel wires ranging from 7 to 120 wires and is driven by 3 HP and 5 HP 3 phase, 1440 RPM squarel cage induction motor. The Double Twist Bunching Machine is capable of producing 40 mtrs/ minute of bunched wire without overlap and breakage due to precise balancing of cradle and has soft start system and instant braking system that ensure trouble free operation of the machine.
