Product Profile of Spray Type Air Cooling Unit
Spray Type Air Cooling Unit is designed in a capacity range varying from 1000 CFM to 250000 CFM. The Air Cooling Unit is provided with a set of spray nozzles which injects the water into the air stream in the foam of a fine atomized mist. The Air Cooling Unit is made using heavy duty extruded aluminium profile or mild steel fabricated section in HDG or powder coated finish. Spray Type Air Cooling Unit finds application in air cooled units in POV, textile, fume exhaust systems, control room ventilations and pressurization systems.
Key Features of Spray Type Air Cooling Unit
- Provided with a set of spray nozzles which injects the water into the air stream in the foam of a fine atomized mist.

- The unit panels are filled with 25 or 50mm thick pressure injected polyurethane foam, having 38/40 kg/m³ density.
