Cap/ Pedestal type Post Insulator is designed mainly to support disconnecting switches, bus bars, conductors and equipment of substations. The Post Insulator is capable of being stressed in tension, compression, flexion, torsion and combined stresses up to the specified limits. The Post Insulator is available in two types such as no stacking and stacking units. Cap/ Pedestal type Post Insulator has wear resistant property and has longer service life.
