Product Profile of Compact Water Demineraliser System
Compact Water Demineraliser System is a water treatment cabinetised system for production of demineralised water of low conductivity to produce the water on demand without any interruption. The Demineraliser System is designed to cater Electronic Industries and Research Institutions to produce ultra pure demineralised water resistivity of 10-15 megohms. The Compact Water Demineraliser System is equipped with automatic processing and storage functions.
Key Features of Compact Water Demineraliser System
- Water is fed through 05-micron cartridge system for removal of suspended impurities, and UV [ultra violet] lamp for disinfections.
- Water is pressurised through RO membrane for removal of dissolved ions up to 95%.
- Permeated water is stored in a HDPE reservoir.
- The RO treated water is then re-circulated through a line of multiple mixed bed demineralisation cartridges for further purifications, and to achieve required resistivity.
- Water treated through the MB resin cartridges is stored in a final HDPE reservoir of 50 litres capacity.
- The treated water is circulated and collected through 0.2 micron filtration.
- Processing & storage is automated.
