Mobile Information Terminal/ Single Board Computer has 32 bit arm9 microcontroller, operating at 400 MHZ, external bus interface operating at frequency of 133 MHZ, 64m btyes SDRAM, 64m bytes nand-flash, SD/ MMC card interface provides access to external memory cards, 10/ 100 ethernet interface, CPU built in TFT LCD controller with colour TFT LCD, CPU built in resistive touch screen controller with touch panel and has audio input and output interfaces. The Terminal has finger print reader module interfaced to CPU via serial interface, one USB host interface, one USB slave interface and interface and function specific led indicator lights. The Terminal has external 6 V DC input, optional 6 V rechargeable battery pack with recharge circuit for handheld applications and has RTC real time clock and large capacity lithium battery back-up.
