- Body of king crusher is made using 32 mm heavy duty MS plates. It is well fabricated by branded welding rods in order to reduce the chance of the body getting damaged/ cracked.
- Lever of this crusher is manufactured using heavy duty high quality steel casting. It is annealed by heat treatment process and then it is precision machine for ensuring smooth crushing stroke.
- Eccentric crank shaft is made using the tested heavy duty EN 19 material. This shaft is a large diameter heavy duty crank shaft that is fitted into the lever with four heavy duty double roller bearings and other equipment.
- Bearing heavy duty double roller bearings are fitted into the lever and pedestal to operate smooth operation so that friction can be reduced.
- Fly wheels are fitted at the end of both side of crank shaft that provides balance to ensure steady crushing force.
