Double Roller Gin Machine is provided with gears, connecting rod, head pin, beater arm and swing levers, which are made of high modularity ductile iron. The Gin Machine is available with special hardened bushes for weight levers and swing levers. Gin Machine consists of rotating parts, which are offered with bearing to reduce friction for optimum efficiency. Double Roller Gin Machine is equipped with leather roller shafts, which are interchangeable and if one side of the roller is worn out, it can be reversed.
