Hand cum Power Operated Cutter Machine is mounted on heavy steel legs and braces with forged feet which make it properly bolted to floor. The Cutter Machine operates on single phase electric motors and can also be operated manually in absence of power. The Cutter Machine has the main shaft carrying the fly wheel with two cutting blades runs on two ball bearings. The Hand cum Power Operated Cutter Machine has a rising mouth controlled by means of springs to accommodate changes in the amount of chaff fed.
