The double scale mcleod gauge from glasstech instruments is a bench standing high sensitivity absolute low pressure gauge. This low pressure gauge is best suited to calibration of electrical and electronic vacuum gauges and pressure measurement in low temperature and plasma physics vacuum systems. Model vgm/18 of the low pressure gauge comes with a range of 0 to 1 mm hg with the lowest readings of 1 x 10-5 mm hg and model vgm/20, with lowest reading of 5 x 10-6 mm hg. Another miniature version of the mcleod gauge is glasstech vacugauge, which is used for general laboratory and industrial uses. The low pressure gauge is operated by rotation of the head within the rotary high vacuum seal that is mounted on a rigid metal stand with transparent acrylic protection cover for the glass part. Model vgm/ 12 comes with a range of 10 to 10-2 torr and model vgm/14 with 1 to 10-3 torr.
