Through Beam Type Photo Sensor is used in many system for non contact detection of parts for counting measuring and positioning. In this Sensor, the emitter and receiver are in different housing & placed to each other at 90 degree in conjunction with the control unit having relay changeover contacts. Through Beam Type Photo Sensor is supplied by Dolphin Device.

In Through Beam Type Photo Sensor, the emitter S sends out a beam of infrared light and is directly received by the receiver E. When any object interrupt the light beam, the output of the sensor is changed.
