Hulled Type Sesame Seed is screened thoroughly to remove the admixtures and the outer skin of the seed is removed, yielding a pearl white hulled sesame seed. The Seed contain about 50 to 60% of fatty oil, which is characterized by a two lignanes, sesamin and sesamolin. The Seed has good uniformity in colour and bold size. The Hulled Type Sesame Seed is used in bread, breadsticks, cookies, chocolates, ice- creams, for salads and salad dressing.
