Batching Systems are complex and hence depend upon advanced controllers and indicators that are integrated with the Plc for achieving the correct product mix for the manufacturing process. The machine consists of a combination of storage hoppers and metering devices like screw, vibratory tray feeders for discharging specific quantity of material and is manufactured in SS 304/316 construction. This is achieved by interfacing the load sensors to the Plc using RS 485/modbus inputs. It is used in pharmaceutical, pesticide, dyestuff, chemical, plastic and fertiliser industries.
