The Condensing Coil Cooling System comprises of an evaporating unit inside a house having an evaporating coil for evaporating a refrigerant liquid. This System also has a condensing unit remote from the evaporating unit located outside the house having a condensing coil for cooling refrigerant gas into liquid refrigerant. This System also has a condensate collector included in the evaporating unit for collecting condensate that condenses on the evaporating coil.
