Variable Voltage Auto Transformer has flush type with open type construction and is suitable for panel mounting. The Transformer is offered in portable type with sheet steel enclosure for floor/ table mounting and has tank type immersed in oil in sheet steel tank with roller mounting. The Transformer has three phase time weld which is usually ganged assemblies of 3 coils, available in all 3 types. The Transformer finds application in auditoriums, hotels, conference halls, exhibitions, laboratories, AC voltage stabilizers, rectifiers, battery chargers, temperature control of ovens, furnaces, testing of equipments, relays, circuit breaker etc. The Transformer has simple, rugged construction; output voltage variation is smooth, continuous, beakless, and linearly proportional to angular rotation.
