Product Profile of Industrial Cotton Fibre Tape

Industrial Cotton Fibre Tape is manufactured from cotton and polyester yarn in plain weave. The Cotton Fibre Tape is used in electric motors for winding and in transformers for core winding. The Cotton Fibre Tape has shrinkage property of polyester yarn which keeps coil tight as compare to pure cotton. Industrial Cotton Fibre Tape is a high tensile product with almost equal absorbing property like pure cotton and has high insulation property due to polyester content.

Specification of Industrial Cotton Fibre Tape:

• Thickness: 0.21 +/-0.02 mm [7 mil]

• Width: From 12 mm to 25 mm ± 1.0 mm; Above 25 mm to 50 mm ± 1.5 mm; Above 50 mm to 100 mm ± 4 mm

• Roll Length: 32 Meters.
