The Two-station Winder is used for winding film extruded from our blow film extruders. An Ebonite roll and a Synthetic Rubber roll are fitted. The winder is provided with one A.C. Motor and two of Torque Motors. Raj Engineering Works manufactures Two-station Winder.
Raj Engineering Works is the supplier of extruder, high speed mixer, grinder, pelletizer, agglomerator, caterpuller, torque winder, etc. The Two-station Winder is provided with a mechanical arrangement to adjust the tension and speed. A slitting arrangement can be provided on the Winder. The width of the rolls is in accordance with the maximum width of the film that is to be extruded.
