Nitin Enterprises is manufacturing Steel Plungers. The Steel Plungers are used in pressure regulators for diesel engines. The diameter of plungers ranges from 25mm to 45mm. These plungers are made from case carburizing steel, which is machined on CNC machines, followed by hardening and tempering. This is followed by precision grinding to sizes and roundness parameters within 5 microns, after which the plungers are lapped to achieve surface finishes within 16 ƒYRa in inches [0.04 ƒYRa in mm].
