Ideal Gas Spring Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures Lockable Gas Filled Block. Ideal Gas Spring Pvt. Ltd., an ISO-9001-2000 accredited company that also manufactures Non-lockable gas springs. Lockable Gas Filled Block basically has two versions, spring blocking and rigid blocking. In spring blocking, oil and gas are in mixed condition. It shows some deflection when force is applied without pressing the actuating pin. The deflection depends on the force applied. In rigid blocking, the oil and gas is separated by a separator and it shows very little or almost nil deflection when force is applied without pressing the actuating pin. It is free of lash and it comes with simple and conventional release. It can be easily installed and it does not require any maintenance.
