Product Profile of Industrial Grade Pressure Relief Valve

Industrial Grade Pressure Relief Valve has sealing cap that is exposed to tank pressure, whenever same pressure rises due to any reason, the same pressure acts on the sealing cap from inside and has the port that is sealed with viton `O` ring and sealing cap, kept sealed by stainless steel rod and stainless steel spring. The Valve prevents heavy damages of the tank in the case of sudden rise of the internal pressure and removes the excess pressure in a short time as soon as the pressure in the tank rises above predetermined safe limit by allowing the pressure to drop instantaneously; avoiding damage to transformer body. The Valve is provided with weather proof limit switch with lever, visible mechanical indicator and rain guard and has visible indicator that shows normal/ abnormal condition of transformer. The Valve has visible indicator that is actuated by movement of sealing cap and switch to be reset manually, it automatically resets visible indicator. The Industrial Grade Pressure Relief Valve is provided with splash guard and drain plug to prevent oil to splash all over the transformer, and a safe passage to splashed oil when PRV operates.
