Hot Work Tool Steel finds application in pressure dies casting, hot extrusion, open die forging, and plastic processing. The Steel can be availed in various grades such as hot wok tool steel with high hardness, developed for use in warm forging applications or for forging dies, vacuum re-melted hot work tool steel with high temper resistance and therefore maximum resistance to heat checking, hot work tool steels for the forging process, for the pressure die casting industry, for the pressure die casting industry etc. The Steel is resistant to heat checking and erosion resistant. The Hot Work Tool Steel has good hot strength and ultimately, longer tool life.
