Preform Filling and Sealing Machine is a liquid filling machine with slat conveyor and automation, for automatic feeding of bottles/ tins to the filling machine, pneumatic auto stopping, auto filling and no bottle no fill controls. The Machine is available in single and multi-head variants and an optional turn-table can be integrated at the beginning of the line for holding a large quantity of empty bottles/ tins at a time. The Machine has packaging range from 10 to 1000 ml and filling type such as gravity filler, dosing filler, pump filler, auger filler, weigh filler. The Machine has speed ranging from 10 to 100 fills per minute and consumes 2.5 and 4 KW power. The Machine has the feature that the changeover from one size to another is quick and easy and the maintenance is simple and it can be availed with the liquid auto line. The Preform Filling and Sealing Machine can be availed with various attachments such as coding system, static electoliser, online heating systems, inserting systems, transfer lines and labelling system and requires 4 X 2 X 3 meters floor space.
