Automatic Nitrogen Flushing Machine is used for pillow packing of fragile food items like potato wafers, banana wafers, some fine noodles etc and it maintain aroma, freshness, crispness for long time as well as to protect fragile items from breakages/ damages. The Machine is easy to operate with foot switch and has adjustable bag rest, fully automatic sequence and impulse sealing. The Machine has visual indications during sealing and can be availed in three models: such as pneumatic, motor and foot operated. The Machine has low cycle time and has sealing range such as 3 mm X 350 mm, 5 mm X 1000 mm and 10 mm X 1500 mm. The Machine uses packing material such as virgin films like HDPE, LDPE, co-extruded films any heat sealable laminated films, polyester poly, metalised poly, aluminium foil laminated poly, paper poly etc BOPP and sealable polyester. The Machine has single layer and multi layer type sealing, speed ranging from 10 to 30 seals per minute and consumes 2.5 KW and 4 KW power. The Machine has feeding style such as manual feeding, semi auto feeding and fully auto feeding and is offered in weight ranging from 75 to 200 kg.
