The Flat Bed Trailer with 3mm Thickness M.S Chequered Floor is used for loading of container, tractors, TMT bars heavy machinery, etc. The main frame of the Flat Bed Trailer is I Beam fabricated as per load requirement. The cross member is fabricated by welding IS 2062 of 5mm thickness. The side frame is fabricated by wielding IS 2062 of C channel size 150mm. - Twist Locks: 12Nos. Standard Twist Locks.
- Axle: As per customer requirement heavy d u t y double or Triple axle with loading capacity of 13000 kgs per axle at the speed of 80 km/hr.
- Break Systems: two line pneumatic full airs break system with TVS/Equivalent distributor & two pressure tanks.
- Suspension: Export quality multi leaf spring suspension easily alienable with metallic & Teflon bush for better tyre life and fuel economy.
- Landing Legs: Fabricated box type 5 mm thick [Optional winch operated with static capacity 80 tons and lift capacity28 Tons.]
- King Pin: 50.8 mm diameter welded as per IS: 6763 [Part 1]
- Tyres: 10.00X20 4 nos. Per axile.
- Wheel Rims: 7.50X20 10 Studs 4 nos. Per axile.
- Electrical System: 24 Volts [2 X 12V] with 7 way sockets, tail lamps with guards & side body maker lamps.
- Painting: 2 Coats of anti corrosive Metal Primer [Heavy Duty-Zink Phosphate]. Complete Trailer is spray painted with 2 layers of automotive paint to get a minimum dry thickness of 120 microns.
