Jacketed GMP Model Ointment Mixer Machine is manufactured by Surya Engineers. The machine is used for mixing of ointment. The unit is provided with jacketed mixing vessel fitted with stand on fixed low-speed anchor type stirrer driven by motor and reduction gearbox as per following models. The inner vessel will be made out of 16 Gauge S.S. 316 sheet and outer jacket made out of 16 Gauge S.S.304 sheet. 18 Gauge S.S. Sheet lids provided with slot for anchor type stirrer moving. Vessel bottom will be slop type with side outlet ball valve. There is water inlet drain etc. On jacket. There is water heater with thermostat controller contactor in panel box mounting on jacket. Vessel is mounted on four pipe legs with castor wheels for easy moving. Vessel is welded with argon arc.
