Electrically Operated Heat Tracers are insulated with silicon and can be used for process temperature of up to 150 degree C. These Heat Tracers are designed with a resistance wire that is spiralled around two insulated busbars. These Heat Tracers also ensure that the resistance wire is in electrical contact with the busbars at regular intervals called contact points. Electrically Operated Heat Tracers are provided with parallel power connection which results in a series of constant wattage heating zones.
