The Rotary Vacuum Evaporator is a pharmaceutical instrument. The Rotary Vacuum Evaporator consists of an evaporating flask rotated by heavy duty motor in a heating water bath [optional]. The evaporating flask is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation. There is also a variable speed motor which helps in vacuum distillation of solvent at high & low temperature. There is also a glass duct which protrudes about 120 mm in to the condenser. The condenser is fitted with standard joint at the bottom for receiver flask. The Rotary Vacuum Evaporator is fitted with a quick action jack.
