Supertech offers Grinding Unit for Manufacturing of Cement. Supertech manufactures assorted range of Cement Machines, Phosphate Fertilizer Plants, etc. The Grinding Unit is used for manufacturing of Cement, Clinker, Gypsum additive or slags are heaped into their respective yards. The materials then are carried to the respective jaw crushers with the help of belt conveyors. The Jaw crushers convert the big pieces of Clinkers, Gypsum additive and slag into the small pieces, where from, these pieces goes to Bucket Elevators. From Bucket Elevators these materials are collected for their respective Silos. The quantities of materials, thus collected into their respective Silos are controlled and adjusted by the table feeders. The function of table feeders, attached with Silos, is to give the appropriate quantity of each material, for preparing the finished cement. These proportional quantity of Clinker, Gypsum and Slag are stored into Bucket Elevator through belt conveyor, where from this mixture is stored into Master Hopper.Nest, the mixture of Grinding Unit are thus collected into master hooper, is carried to Ball Mill for final grinding. After grinding in the ball mill the finished quantity is passed into the bucket elevator, where from, it goes to cement blending Silos. After final blending the quantity is stored into cement storage Silos then it goes for Packaging and ready for sale.
