Key Features of Ball Mill for Grinding Raw Meal
- The head with the trunnion is a single piece design with holes for fastening and liner bolts and is machine finished
- The mill shell along with the flanges is neck welded and is supplied with manholes fitted with manhole covers.
- The pinion is of Forged heat treated steel having higher wear and abrasion resistance. A Ring-feeder locking assembly fits it to the shaft.
- From the safety point of view, Girth gear and pinion are completely enclosed by a guard. To facilitate the inspection of the tooth meshing and Lubrication, an inspection door is provided.
- Mills with designs of both the bolt and bolt-less liner are available to suit the specific requirement.
