It also reduces the absorbency and increases the strength of mineral substrates. This primer hardens sealing slurries and thus improves their performance. It can be used on very damp and salt damaged mineral substrates such as concrete, masonry; plaster etc. And is suitable for use when a substrate is saturated by non-pressurized ground water in e.G.
