Sweet & Sour Lime Pickle is made with Cut pieces of Limes, mixed in a specially prepared spice mix and oil. The preparation also needs with salt, sugar, spices, vinegar and oil. The Limes are cut, washed and sorted prior to mixing with spices and oil. The entire process of cutting, washing, sorting, blending, maturing and container filling is mechanized ensuring high quyality.
