The Compliant Pin Technology with Assembled PCB has 4 cavities with 6 compliant pins each are hand loaded on a rotary table into one of the 2 bottom half`s of the mould. The Compliant Pin Technology after over moulding the company run the parts through the assembly line, where the company assemble the PCB and test each part with High Voltage, pin height and shortage, next to dimensional quality control.
