The Active Stable Auxiliary Drying Catalyst and Oxidant known as Manganese Octoate is an active metal drier and strong oxidant that promotes polymerization and is often used alone in backing finishes and in combination with Lead and Cobalt in air-dry applications. The Drying Catalyst and Oxidant is suitable for use in exterior paints, floor finishes, backing enamels and in the paints where colour is not a constraint.
