- Furnace casting is of strong steel construction reinforced with steel sections
- Duly electrically welded and mounted on four legs.
- Lining consists of high grade insulation bricks to hold the heat losses to the minimum

- The furnace body is surrounded by well insulated cover door made up of thick gauge plate reinforced suitably & pivoted at the back.
- Door can be opened by a slight downward pressure & moved to the side so as to facilitate in charging & discharging the material.
