Access Control Lock with Both Side Handle is designed for use on narrow stile aluminum and glass doors which has become popular for all door applications. Access Control Lock with Both Side Handle is mounted with the slot down which is excellent for external use in harsh environments. This lock features a free-spinning knob that is engaged to retract the latch when the corkey card is inserted. A key hold-in feature allows one-hand operation. Rear knob can always unlock the door. It is used for offices, cabins, other high security zones.
Key Features of Access Control Lock With Both Side Handle
- Both use patented magnetically coded stainless steel CorKey cards. Lighter duty plastic CorKey cards may also be used. These same CorKey are used with model 1,300,400 and 500 series CorKey locksets and switch locks.
- The systems may include any other models of CorKey locks and be mastered under a single key or include multiple levels of masterkeying under multiple masters.
- The CorKey card is retained in the lock when inserted. The same hand can then be used to turn the handle or knob to actuate the latch or bolt and open the door.
- Mounting can be with card slot either up or down. Some models can be mounted with slot to the side. For exterior locations mount slow down.
