These skylights are available in steel as well as all-aluminium construction. Usually, polycarbonate or safety glass is provided for skylight cladding. These are clamped with the help of aluminium clamping system. In case of glass, skylights can also be provided with structural glass having point fixing systems.
This skylight is provided with laminated glass for its performance against breakage. Smoke activated fire escape systems, ventilation arrangements or complete retractable arrangements can be incorporated as an optional feature.
