The double cylinder power operated hydraulic press comes with the capacity of 15 tonnes to 150 tonnes in mild steel robust construction. The Crown column and bottom are solid without bend and welded and the rollers are provided with the bed for easy handling of heavy jobs. The double cylinder hydraulic press consists of heavy duty solid welded steel frame and is designed to absorb all force during operation, without the requirement of large and costly foundations. The machine is designed to give equal pressure on entire bed. Heavy construction of the top plates and table in the press ensures minimum deflection and the double plunger pump, give quick ram travel by low pressure plunger.
The hydraulic press is used in straightening, bending, pressing, drawing, embossing, broaching, breaking and joining of steel, iron, plastic, rubber and plywood, gold/silver monogram embossing, auto service station, repairing workshop, electric motor, submersible pumps, mosaic tiles etc.
