Product Profile of Double Girder Cranes
ElectroMech offers Double Girder Overhead cranes in SWLs ranging from 1MT to more than 200MT. ElectroMech specializes in engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of wire rope hoists, EOT and Goliath cranes, and customized material handling solutions. Double Girder Overhead cranes can be incorporated with standard ABUS crabs [up to a SWL of 100MT] or fully customized open winch type crabs. This type of crane is flexible with multiple hoisting trolleys which could run on the same bridge. By fitting various frequency drives in the panels one can control on up& down motion as well as travel motion.
The specifications of Double Girder Overhead Cranes are:
- Safe Working Load-1000 kg to more than 200,000 kg
- Spans-6 m to more than 50 m
- Crane Control-From floor through Pendant Push Buttons, Open Cabin / Totally Enclosed Cabin [optional], Radio Control [optional]
- Drive System - Single / Twin Drive with Squirrel Cage / Slip Ring Induction Motors, through totally enclosed, oil immersed, helical gearbox.
- Motors - Crane Duty motors for Main Hoisting, Auxiliary Hoisting, Cross Travel and Long Travel.
- Brakes- Electro Hydraulic Thrusters / Disc brakes for all motions DC/AC Electro Magnetic Brakes or additional brakes can be provided on request.
- Power Supply System -To Hoist and Cross Travel through Trailing Cables or through Drag Chains. To Crane through Shrouded Bus Bars / Trailing Cable / MS Angle Iron Conductors / Bare Copper Conductors.
- Class of Duty / Standards- M5, M7, M8 as per IS 3177 / IS 807. Also available as per FEM, DIN, BS or any other applicable international standards
