• Annealed Bare Electrolytic grade Flexible, uniformly bunched, compact having uniform resistance and dimension conforming to IS: 8130:1984.
• Specially formulated high grade of PVC Compound is capable of withstanding higher conductor temperature upto 70 degree C. The insulation is resistant to moisture, oils, alkalies, Greese etc. It is having good dielectric properties, higher insulation resistance, permanent colors etc. The insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance.
• Quality Standards are built in subjected to a series of required tests in our well equipped laboratory. Besides the rigid tests and checks at every stage from raw material through manufacturing stages and finally up to the finished product, each inch of wire goes through on High voltage spark testing machine to make certain that there is no weak point in the Insulation.
• As per class 5 of IS: 8130:84.
• Insulation - TYPE- A of IS: 5831:84.
• Current Rating as per IS: 3961[Pt-V]: 1968.
• Packing: 100 meters length coils.
• Colors: red, yellow, blue, black, white, green or grey.
