Sachin automatic polyfilter presses are provided offered in plate auto shifting/reciprocating shuttle type and plate auto-shaking/group vibrator type. These auto-vibrator type have some features which include:with added features of plc controlled plate tightening, filtration, cake washing, de-liquidation, with in built auto drip collection and discharge through hydraulically operated bomb door cum hopper assembly with belt/screw conveyor system and ir safety curtain features as per requirements. In auto shifter type the filter press with perfectly crafted shifter assembly automatically shifts the filter plate one by one towards the moving head, creating enough gap to enable the formed chamber filter cake to fall down by its own weight without operators attention thus saving on manual labour. The auto shaking mechanism is run by electric or hydro-motor shaking the plates with suitable revolutions adjusted by means of plc, which co-relates the filtration sequence without operator`s attention. In auto shaker type the filter press is provided with precisely engineered auto shaking mechanism. These auto shaking mechanism will shake the group of plates at one time maintaining the predetermined gap between the two plates via chain or rope. The auto shaking mechanism is run by electric or hydro-motor shaking the plates with suitable revolutions adjusted by means of plc, which co-relates the filtration sequence without operator`s attention.
