Product Profile of Ointment Mixer - Jacketed [g.m.p. Model]

Riddhi pharma machinery ltd has been involved in the activity of manufacturing and exporting a wide range of pharmaceutical machineries. As part of that, the company offers jacketed planetary mixers. These are specially developed for mixing of ointment. This ointment mixer consists of jacketed mixing vessel fitted with stand and mounted on fixed low-speed anchor type stirrer. The inner vessel is made out of 16 gauge s.S. 316 sheet and outer jacket is made out of 16 gauge s.S.304 sheet. All contact part of the machine is provided with of s.S. 316. Other features of this ointment mixer are as follows:

• Vessel bottom is slop type with side outlet ball valve

• Water heater with thermostat controller contactor in panel box mounting on jacket.

• Vessel is mounted on four pipe legs with castor wheels for easy moving.

• Vessel is welded with argon arc.
