The Pre Treatment Agent Neutralizer is used for the rapid removal of alkali after the caustic weight reduction treatment is carried out for silky softening of polyester fibres, yarns and fabrics. This is a high performance, low-foaming auxiliary, which eliminates the need for adding acids to the processing bath.

The Pre Treatment Agent Neutralizer provides a very powerful acid system for neutralizing the caustic alkali where other organic acids are ineffective. It ensures and maintains consistent pH: control during padding, drying and finishing processes, even in substrates that contain residual alkali.
The Pre Treatment Agent Neutralizer enables the use of even those disperses dyes that are sensitive to alkalis or reduction. The Cizopan CAN also improves shade consistency and it does not affect the brightness of shades.
The Pre Treatment Agent Neutralizer is easily soluble in water and it is stable in hard water, acids and alkalis.

Recommended usages of Pre Treatment Agent Neutralizer are:

• During the Dyeing Process: Used to adjust the pH: of the liquor and maintain a constant pH: throughout the HTHP dyeing of polyester.

• After the Weight Reduction Process: Can be used after the caustic weight reduction treatment to neutralize the core alkali. It can also be used before the heat setting of polyester and its blends.

• During Finishing, Padding: Should be added in the finishing, padding solution depending upon the residual alkalinity in the fabric.
