The De - Greasing Machine is used to remove impurity-dust from the spinning /roving frame top roller [without cots] including bearing & make it clean thoroughly.
Key Features of De - Greasing Machine
- This machine is equipped with two different type of sliding nozzles for perfect & uniform flushing with pressure on top roller.
- It is also provided with friction disc which rotates the top roller during flushing process & clean top roller with bearing thoroughly.
- The same flushing oil return to tank duly filtered for recycling process & it is a saving of flushing oil. By this de-greasing process top roller runs very smoothly on the spinning/roving frame & in turn it improves quality of yarn.
- Machine works BY 0.50 Hp III phase electric motor & flushing oil tank capacity is of 16 ltrs.
