Oils & Greases combine high-temperature performance, non flammability, and chemical inertness under a wide range of conditions. They increase the service life of critical components, and provide high protection and load-carrying ability under the most severe conditions. They are particularly well suited for use in 100 percent liquid or gaseous oxygen service, and are effective at temperatures as hot as 750 Degree F and as cold as -60 Degree F. It consists of a carbon [gray] and oxygen [red] ether backbone and is insoluble in water, acids, bases, and all common organic solvents, and it is nontoxic.
