Herbicide for Soybean or Kloben® is used for weed control in soybean and is a member of the group of herbicides, the Sulfonylureas. It is a post emergent herbicide which exhibits both contact and residual soil activity. Once taken up by a susceptible species, either through the foliage or the roots, the herbicide is rapidly translocated throughout the plant, inhibiting shoot and root growth. Susceptible plants will cease growth almost immediately after post emergence treatment and are killed in 7-14 days. It is relatively safe to both man and the environment.
